The Foundation
With several years of experience in the short-term rental and corporate housing space, the founders set out to share their knowledge and help aspiring entrepreneurs jumpstart their corporate housing businesses. We focused on education, systems, and support.
2023–2024
Growth & Expansion
Our client base grew rapidly and we helped over 100 aspiring hosts launch their businesses, collectively managing a growing collection of 250+ apartments and homes.

Operational Shift
We brought operations in-house, unified all listings under a single PMS, and began managing select properties directly to deliver a better guest and owner experience.

StayVacarya Is Born
We launched StayVacarya — our direct booking platform designed to elevate the guest experience, unify brand standards, and help hosts break free from OTAs.

Carstin Hao
Carstin climbed the corporate ladder for over 14 years at Meltwater, a media intelligence SaaS company. He took a leap in 2022 to start his own short-term rental business, which proved a success. Today, Carstin leads operations and property acquisition for Vacarya.
